Yabu’s solo “Shooting Star Song” is a very beautiful but sad love song about wanting to let go of his painful memories but at the same time not wanting to let go, just wanting the pain to go. It’s full of beautiful space metaphors and imagery, it’s a gorgeous song. I feel like this song could easily have been included in the “Your Name” OST.
