Yamada Ryosuke
1. Beauty is?
We all have our own definition of a beautiful person but, when I look at Matsushima Nanako I think from the bottom of my heart, she is beautiful. The entertainment world is full of pretty people but, she was the first person I thought was beautiful.
2. Beauty is not?
It’s not related to age, my rule is that the first time you meet someone you should use polite speech. So I think people who don’t use polite speech aren’t beautiful.
3. Maturity is?
Maturity is, people who give their all to live day to day. Just getting older isn’t enough, I think it’s how desperately you decide you want to live.
4. Foolishness is?
Whether you face yourself or not. I think not being able to overcome your own weaknesses is foolish.
5. Kindness is?
Not asking for a reward.
6. Betrayal is?
I think we can also grow from being betrayed. It’s the same as how we learn more from our mistakes than from our successes.
7. Love is?
Whether it’s the fans or the members, I take love and I give love in return… I feel like loving is a part of this job.
8. Temptation is?
Food when you’re on a diet. I want to eat everything I see.
9. Purity is?
Fun, saying “I’ll try harder”, things that honestly move your heart. The more you know about study and work and love and pain the more negative thoughts you’ll get but, I guess it’s that initial purity when you don’t know these things.
10. Something you disagree with is?
The evolution of smart phones. I can’t put mine down (lol).
Chinen Yuri
1. Beauty is?
I often feel it about nature or the scenery. The scenery that left a lasting impression for me was Las Vegas. When you go a little way from that dazzling main street, there is nothing. It’s really beautiful to see. I felt like it was so vast it stretched on forever.
2. Beauty is not?
Humans. Because the ones that destroy that beautiful scenery is us humans.
3. Maturity is?
Getting older. Because we naturally gain more experience.
4. Foolishness is?
I think to err is human so it can’t be helped but, it’s doing the same thing over and over without learning from this.
5. Kindness is?
I guess it’s “lightly oiled”? When you refrain from eating fatty foods, they taste great when you finally do but, it’s not kind to your body the next day.
6. Betrayal is?
Betrayal is nothing but betrayal. I’m a cold person so, if I were ever betrayed I wouldn’t care at all.
7. Love is?
The things we do to be loved. I’ll be nice because I want you to think good of me.
8. Temptation is?
Smell. When you walk in front of a yakitori restaurant, the smell draws you in and makes you want to eat it.
9. Purity is?
Babies. Because gaining human knowledge, it how they lose their purity. But, if you don’t learn and cope with this then you can’t live, that’s what growth is.
10. Something you disagree with is?
Not recognising that following someone around is basically stalking.
Takaki Yuya
1. Beauty is?
People who can lay themselves bare.
2. Beauty is not?
Wanting a reward. Even though we do things for people because we want to, when people get used to this they’ll say “Even though I did so much”.
3. Maturity is?
I associate maturity with love. Loving, making mistakes, there’s a lot we have to learn.
4. Foolishness is?
Foolishness? I can’t think of anything. I can’t think of an answer so I think maybe it’s me that is foolish (Lol).
5. Kindness is?
A weapon to seduce people (Lol). Not just in male-female relationships, it can be used towards anyone.
6. Betrayal is?
There are betrayals that bring happiness too. Like surprises, or betraying someone’s expectations by doing more than was expected, that’s also a kind of betrayal. It’s not just a bad word.
7. Love is?
Love is something that you can’t see the answer to. So, when you can’t put your love into words and all your thoughts disappear, that is true love.
8. Temptation is?
Talent. People with talent make you want to follow them. Just before, I saw Sakamoto-san from V6 appear in a play, and I thought this.
9. Purity is?
I don’t think there is anything more pure than a baby. They haven’t been stained by anything. Everyone smiles when they look at a baby.
10. Something you disagree with is?
Even if I don’t agree with something I guess maybe I give in to it but, if someone badmouths my friends or if someone confronts me I think I would fight.
Nakajima Yuto
1. Beauty is?
They say that there is a beauty that can take your breath away but, it’s not something that you can describe with words.
2. Beauty is not?
The human heart. After all, I think humans are the filthiest but, this is also what makes us human.
3. Maturity is?
Experience. There are lots of people like Yuzuru Hanyu, who work hard even though they’re young.
4. Foolishness is?
The last is taking pity on yourself, and doing things to protect yourself. It’s also foolish but, I’m not saying that it is always a bad thing. (t/n: I had no idea about this bit, sorry)
5. Kindness is?
The thing I think of now is being nice to someone, and wanting to be treated the same way too. The difference in amount, that is another type of kindness too.
6. Betrayal is?
When C-san comes upon the things that A-san who messed up has confided in B-san, and A-san gets mad. When this happens, B-san can’t be angry with them. We can’t help being born and betrayal often feels like that too.
7. Love is?
The things like love and such that your interest in is a step higher than “liking”. The things that transcend like.
8. Temptation is?
Games. Especially when I’m filming a drama and even though I have no time to play games, I lose to the temptation… (Lol).
9. Purity is?
Babies pure white eyes.
10. Something you disagree with is?
There are a lot of things I don’t agree with but, even if you complain nothing will come of it, I think it’s a test of ourselves and we have to push through.
Yaotome Hikaru
1. Beauty is?
The air in Miyagi.
2. Beauty is not?
Midnight downtown. The air is dirty, it’s always bright, and there are lots of drunks (Lol).
3. Maturity is?
I imagine fruit. When I was in Miyagi I ate a lot of persimmons, ripe persimmons are really delicious.
4. Foolishness is?
Compromising. The moment you give up or when you can’t go on, I think that is foolishness.
5. Kindness is?
Everything you get from your family. I don’t think there is anything that beats the thought of family. I have a face that I can only show in front of my family too. Before, when my friend came out to eat with my big sister and I, my friend told me “That was your baby brother face”.
6. Betrayal is?
When your charger breaks. It’s like even though the machine you charge is doing fine, why are you not. It’s a huge betrayal.
7. Love is?
Isn’t it something we put into everything in our normal lives? The feeling of saying “Let’s eat” when you’re eating, or feeling grateful and saying “thank-you” to people, this is all love.
8. Temptation is?
Games. If I see a slight opening then I end up playing so, I hide all of the controllers in my house.
9. Purity is?
Babies and children. I think playing with my nephews and nieces is pure/innocent.
10. Something you disagree with is?
The strength of vending machines. No matter how strong the wind and rain blow they don’t break. I want them to use that amount of strength in mobile phones and portable game consoles.

1. Beauty is?
In sports it’s when there’s a complete turnaround or when the underdog wins. When I see this my heart trembles, I think it’s beautiful.
2. Beauty is not?
If we’re talking about people, girls that clap their hands and burst out laughing (Lol). Laughing the way you want isn’t very beautiful.
3. Maturity is?
Sports players go through a period of maturity in their games. It’s got that kind of image (Lol).
4. Foolishness is?
Telling white lies. Humans tend to lie a bit but, when your lie gets noticed, I think you feel foolish.
5. Kindness is?
Kindness, it’s paper thin. There are people that are kind because they want people to think well of them. Just like love. Kindness = love?
6. Betrayal is?
Al Pachino in “The Godfather” movie. That was the betrayal of the century.
7. Love is?
Disappearing, the people and things that you really worry about when they are gone, I think those are the things you love.
8. Temptation is?
Things that shift your feelings. Even if you have something you should be doing, and you think “I’m just going to relax on the couch for a little bit”, then it’s 30 minutes, an hour… Even though you pictured doing it in your mind, there are things that lure you into not doing it.
9. Purity is?
Not thinking about what’s behind the things people say, and accepting them at face value is pure.
10. Something you disagree with is?
The depth of the Toei Oedo line. It takes a long time to come up from under the ground, and the platforms are humid and hot (Lol).
Inoo Kei
1. Beauty is?
Beautiful is, not a word I use very much in my day to day life. Because it feels like it’s a step higher that “pretty”, it’s more precious.
2. Beauty is not?
The same as beautiful, “not beautiful” isn’t a word I use. Being really negative to appear polite, it hits harder than being rude.
3. Maturity is?
When I hear the word mature the thing I think of is mature meat. Like yakitori or sushi, I associate it with food.
4. Foolishness is?
Foolishness, maybe you could say it’s immaturity but, being loud and challenging because your young gives the impression of progress too.
5. Kindness is?
Being honest. For example, honestly there are things that are kind to say and things that are kind to not say, and things you hesitate to say but I want to say what I think, I’m the kind that wants to be honest.
6. Betrayal is?
Because I want to always exceed the expectations of the fans that support me, I want to be someone who betrays them in a positive way.
7. Love is?
Something I still don’t understand. I want to know what real love is.
8. Temptation is?
A beautiful older woman-. We’re in suits today but, I would lose to temptation hands down to a beautiful woman in a stylish suit (Lol).
9. Purity is?
Something I’ve lost (Lol).
10. Something you disagree with is?
Society is full of ridiculous things. But, I think that you can’t help not agreeing with somethings and that’s life.

1. Beauty is?
Things that make the receiver feel good.
2. Beauty is not?
Angry faces aren’t beautiful.
3. Maturity is?
I think it looks like effort but, you can’t see it. Putting something to the side if you like. Like when the difficult choreography you’ve just learnt doesn’t stick in your mind straight away no matter how many times you dance it but, once you set it aside for a while you can do it.
4. Foolishness is?
The only thing I can think of is Macchi-san’s “Fool”. Since that’s what I think of as foolishness, maybe it’s something I look back on with regret.
5. Kindness is?
Being considerate of people. Having an open mind and not being self-righteous.
6. Betrayal is?
Even if you’re betrayed, as long as it’s not a huge thing then listen to the other person’s reasons. But if they’re right, it’s necessary to have the courage to accept this. When you think this way betrayal is a test.
7. Love is?
Something you give your everything to without wanting to ever look back.
8. Temptation is?
Before I was weak to carbonated drinks. When I was in middle school, I had absolutely no energy to get up in the mornings, and my mum would say “If I go and buy you a cola will you get up?”. I would lose to the temptation of the cola and get up (Lol).
9. Purity is?
A beautiful heart. I think the purest member is Takaki.
10. Something you disagree with is?
Having a cat’s tongue. (t/n: not being able to eat hot food) I want to eat ramen and food bowls straight away but, I have to take time without eating or putting the spoon in. Because I do a lot of take away food location shoots it’s worrying~!
